UIF IS THE WORST

I AM appalled by the service's rendered by the department of labour working for the UIF I have been working for more than 20 years contributing towards UIF and when it is finally time to claim back the process is such a schelp . I am disgustingly sick and tired of the poor services and promises made to me. On first occasion of my application my application was dealt with by PAT-LEE on the 21st of April then the 21st of ma y I received a confirmation stating that the UIF is approved with this case number ***<br> 7 and the 29th may I received an sms stating that payment for the UIF Request was received yet till date I have not received any payment from them. I personally went to the Randburg UIF querying the matter and they told me to wait 10 working days but now I<br> am waiting for more than two months and it's rather frustrating I even went as far as to speak to Desre Absolom and she didn't respond then I spoke to the consultants and they advised that I should wait ten working days this is totally unacceptable and no one cares they all have that don't care attitude now I'm told my UIF applic
