UIF IS NOWHERE!

Since April, UIF ON-LINE has changed its Website format for monthly contributions of employers. Ever since we have been experiencing problems submitting payments. According to them, we have a nil balance since our last payment in March.

We desperately want to pay outstanding contributions, but get no response from our e-mails, etc. Numerous telephone calls have also been made but no answer. Please, can someone advise how we can get hold of the UIF? It is not as if we want to submit claims, we only want to pay our monthly installments!!!
