Zero star rating to be exact not 1.

Super bad, the worst service ever.

There's no feedback from this people. I app**** 14 Feb 2022 and its been more than 6 months. I was told to call every second day to follow up but still nothing.

All my paperwork is in order and I see no reason why they cannot just complete the claim.

I sent dozen emails but they also just don't reply at all.
