UIF is cruel and useless! Where’s my money!

We we always have to beg for our monies! I called you AFF call centre this morning. Spoke to Njabulo (his a team leader) he didn’t take his surname. He promised to call me back, it’s been two hours. My matter not resolved. With UFI you always have to fight for your money every month, it’s a war. Yesterday when I followed up with the Sandton branch, they were off-line. And being taken from pillar to post! UIF is cruel and useless. They said I should wait for my turn around time which is 15 days, it’s been more than 15 days now!
