UIF is a shambles.

I have since 2018 been in correspondence with UIF concerning my claim and to date I have not received a satisfactory response. The responses I receive from *** requesting the same information I submitted in 2018 and all subsequent emails.

I even called the call centre and had my claim escalated to senior managers and still no definite resolution after having paid UIF for over 40 years.

Suspiciously I received the an email from the same address at 21.00 on the 9 August 2023.

I think this department needs to be investigated by the HAWKS to determine why people are not being paid and why the same information is being requested when confirmed receipt thereof.
