UIF is a ****, Benoni Branch is the worst at service!!!!!!!

I was let off last year due to restructuring at the company, while i was unemployed for 5-6 months I was not able to claim my uif at the Benoni branch. They do not provide information as to why your application is not complete or why later when complete its not paid. I have repeatedly tried to apply there and to no avail tried online 2 x and wrote to complaints with not even 1 reply.

With the current news affairs I have heard that all the money in the uif is lost due to *******ion. Why then should i pay uif for many years to get no relief when i am due! I wish i could afford a lawyer and make somebody else's day like they did mine.

Its feels like any payment to them is a **** as they don't pay out now handle their clients respectably at all. Also to note if you only speak english - don't try to apply at the Benoni building -they wont acknowledge you at all - worse than the very little i got.
