UIF is a Joke

Our char retired late last year so, in May 2014 we enquired of UIF what the outstanding contributions amounted to. Some 20 e-Mails later plus phone calls plus submitting and re-submitting the Salary Schedule Form on 4 occasions, ZERO progress has been made. Latest is \please contact the Call Centre"only to be told after enduring the inane \""we are currently experiencing high call volume\"" message for about 3 minutes that they cannot help and please phone the Accounts Dept in Pretoria. One number that was given does not exist while the second is CONSTANTLY engaged or out of order. """
