UIF is a **** in South Africa, refusing South African unemployed what is due to them

I am retired and claimed my UIF and after being sent from pillar to post by the department of labor, I finally received my payment after a year. I only received two payments, which was November and December 2023, and I filed for continuation of benefits on the 3rd of January 2024, and my status has been saying "sent to paymaster", processed for payment since January the 3rd, I don't know who to turn to, I am a pensioner and for me to wait so long for my payment is ridiculous
