UIF incompetency

What a shlep. Been trying to get the uif to assist. No Way. I have been phoning the uif call line every second week for help with my pay out. Was adviced to call regional paymaster. What a cluster #$%*. Been phoning him for 2 months now. Every time i get cut off coveniently as soon as he got my id. Call centre cant help either. Got 1 payment in June. Struggling since then for other payments
