UIF horror

I’m beyond exhausted and frustrated over the UIF and their endless ways of making us spend money, to get our own money…money I contributed on time without any hassles. So I went to atteridgeville on the 31st of May and was turned back to come the next day. When I went there on the 1st of June I was given documents to take to the bank but and a booked date to return them on the 13 July (just to submit them). I was given copies of my documents back and was told money would be payed after 35 days and due to corona I wasn’t expected to be back there physically. I’m ****ed off because there wasn’t any communication either a sms or email to either say my documents were received or not. So long story short… I’m not paid… it’s September tomorrow but no payment. I don’t understand why I have to struggle so much just to get money that I contributed and is rightfully mine. The most dissapointing of all things rather is that wether u call nobody answers. Why do they have telephones that are never answered especially if I’m not to physically present myself there?
