UIF has not paid out my UIF claims

I got retrenched in October 2020 and app**** for UIF benefits using the Ufilling online application and also app**** for continuation of UIF benefits since I am still unemployed , I have only received sms with reference numbers and that feedback would be given after 35days, 35 days has passed and still no progress. The telephone number meant to be used to assist people never gets answered, i have also emailed for assistance. I am really frustrated and do not know what to do as the debts i have need to be paid and i need to survive as well, Uif has been paid diligently since i started working. this situation is stressful and depressing. I am trying to stay alive and survive during a pandemic.
