uif has employed useless people

hi if there was a option for zero stars that's what I would give coz now you are unemployed & paying towards the fund & then given the runaround story when you apply for unemployment benefits we go to Chatsworth for claiming our own benefits but meet staff that are lazy come to office in the own time even though they come with state vehicles & then go to make coffee/tea when they arrive & got bad attitude where they get this lazy bone to work in a busy office the department must employ people who want to do they job with pride not any body the problem is 1 day no water another day off line & another system not updated I app**** 6 weeks ago & still not captured people also complain about other branches as well the head of this department must get off his ass & visit these branches & see what flipping lazy bones they have they treat you like they doing you a favor now you unemployed but you got to run day after day to check if you are approved why they check your paper work b4 entering your details so what is the problem I'll tell you the problem is that these assholes have that don't care attitude coz do as you please coz I work for the government & it's like a 7 star holiday resort where you can start work any time you see fit the system is always offline so where did they get the IT staff the minister of these flipping useless employees must get his house in order. the more you go there you get more & more frustrated looking at staff who got no idea how to treat people just flipping go to eat & earn a salary & don't care about others 8/10 years ago it was efficient now pathetic assholes work there
