Worst experience ever with the government. I'm waiting a month now just to get my login resolved so I can put through my maternity claim and nobody can assist me.all they do is escalate from day one but I haven't received any feedback to date.im so frustrated as there is not even one person who knows what they doing!!! They are quick to take our money but give us contact numbers and I'm sitting for the past 10 days trying to just get my access!!!! Pathetic I don't even know how ppl get employed here or how this organization is run.
