UIF fund No response, no feedback, is this a *****

This is a totally useless fund. I tried since 2016 to claim but no feedback and no response. All the say we received your documents and it was send to relevant department. Sent to assessor is my pending status. Is there even someone working in that department??? I call almost everyday and email to all there address i have but nothing. I have accounts to pay and paid them thousands. They do not even try minimum effort to make a change. I app**** april, may and june but no feedback.

I last spoke to William via email. They don't worry but what can we do about that? I need my money urgent!
