UIF Frustration

I lost my job end of June 2018 as my contract was not renewed. I submitted my UIF documention on the 19th July and was told to come back after 35 working days which I did 16 September 2018. I have been trying to claim UIF since then. Every end if the month i go i am told that my ckaim gas not yet been processed due to admin not capturing, i have had to email my documentation twice already to UIF Declaration which i have done. I was at the Kruel UIF on 04 Oct, 01 Nov, 28 Nov, 06 Dec. On the 27 Nov I was told that admin had not yet captured or opened a file for me. I have contacted the Secunda and Bethal branch for assistance but was told they cannot help me as i have to go to the office where I submitted my forms. I have at least 5 different numbers for the UIF office in Witbank but no one ever answers the phones. I requested that i go through to thw Witbank office to try and sort out my claim myself but were told they will send me back to Kriel . Last week when i went they just pulked up their shoulders and told me they di not know what to say as it never takes so long, but no one us prepared to try and find out where the problem is, always get told they will follow up and phone me the next day whuch never happens. Please i really need advice on what to do next. I spent at least 5 hours ever time I go to UIF office.
