UIF FOR A DECEASED PERSON

Department of Labour in Witbank has poor service, I went the early February to claim UIF for a deceased person it's been 3 months and still no payment. They said all the documents have been approved and awaiting payment but there's nothing, when I call they say they are confirming if there are no other kids. It's been 3 months still nothing, called the head office and they said they have no power unless the branch clears it. The Witbank branch is not giving me any straight answer, worse they don't even pick up my calls anymore
