UIF fail to register company for UIF 4 times.

I tried to register our business Sortor Investments for UIF on 26/03/2020 via the email channel. We received no response. We tried again on 20/01/2021 via email. No response again. so then we tried to register via Ufiling on 10/2/21 - the application was successfully submitted - but no UIF number issued. So we tried again in April21.

Subsequently it appears that our company has been flagged for submitting too many applications and that "flag" basically means that now UIF will not process any applications.

There seems to be no process to clear the flag and certainly no process to get the uif back office to issue us with a UIF number. I'm at my wits end. Poor Service and a terrible experience - i have no idea how we will get this resolved
