uif excuses not to pay

I had been on maternity leave for four months and from there I have only been paid for one month. I called the uif office to find out what the problem was for not being paid and they informed me they were waiting for documentation. After sending the required documentation again they said they did not receive it. I have sent the documents to the uif office between 10 - 15 time and each time they have a different excuse. Either they did not receive my documents, I scanned them to one pdf folder, medical document was missing even though it was added to the scanned documents or refused to accept the UI4 form. To date I still have not received me uif money and it has caused major financial damage.
