UIF Efiling is a ****!

I have been retrenched since June last year due to COVID, I immediately app**** for UIF with the help of my superior the last day i was at work. Since then i have sent multiple emails and app**** 2 other times as the application just kept getting stuck or one specific case number got sent to paymaster on the 22/07/2020 and still i haven't recieved anything.

I tried calling several times without any success of getting through and have finally given up hope.

How to I survive?
