UIF

I have claimed for my UIF since September at Maponya Mall till to date I haven't received any amount, I went there to query and they giving me dates to come back. Its been 3months now, why is it that other people who have claimed at Roodepoort or anywhere else get their monies in two weeks and yet at Maponya Mall you have to wait for almost 3months,do they even think about us, you even get bad attitude from staff who are working there.
