UIF

How can your contribution to the UIF been rejected...Can some one please help me with this as I did received an sms telling me to put in a dispute and they are even given me a case number....I think its time that the Labour Centre answer here please,I am sure I am not the only one with this problem....Best off all they don't even mention why it is been rejected..
