UIF Documents were not scanned and submitted

I was retrenched on the 31st of August, I submitted all the unemployment document required by the department on the 9th of September I was told to comeback on the 12th of September to check if my application was successful, when I went back on the 12th I was told that one document was not scanned and submitted by Gladys and I should come back on the 31st of October, still the document was not submitted ?. On my side I gave them everything they needed. The service is pathetic I need my UIF Money I AM UNEMPLOYED they have jobs yet they don't do it yet getting paid for doing nothing. I was in tears when I walked out the only thing they could say is SORRY WILL SORRY PUT FOOD IN MY STOMACH? ? Again I was told to come back on the 30th of November. No one wants to be accountable for this mess, turns out they are doing this to even Pensioners. What is the point of contributing UIF when u are not gonna get it when you need it the most.
