UIF do not want to pay out, maybe to take some money for them self

Twice refused/ not approved. Reason: my employment date differs. Both times I submit on ufiling, and no call agent can assist me. I am stuck. MY EMPLOYMENT DATE IS NOT ON 01 SEPT 2012. Same company for 15 years and 2 years back UIF paid out maternity claim. Not sure why they do not want to pay out now. What is the excuse now. EMPLOYMENT DATE: 01 AUG 2008 - ALL MY FORMS ARE FILLED IN CORRECTLY. EMPLOYMENT LETTER WAS SEND AS WELL. WHY DID YOU PAY OUT 2 YRS BACK, WHY WAS THE EXCESE NOT THE SAME AS NOW.
