Uif disgusting service! HELP

This has been the worst experience of my life with the UIF offices. I had a great experience in the past before this online things came into play now everytime I try to submit a claim my account gets blocked forcing me to call the call Centre and ask to be unblocked yet everytime I get promised my matter is escalated and nothing else is required from me I return to a screen with disappointment after attempting to log in just for the system to inform me I am still blocked!!! This is very ridiculous, this government is a joke they beg for our votes by making empty promises to provide better service and delivery and once they've won they're pathetic elections it only gets worse! I am tired of going to government offices and hearing their systems are offline why must we beg for the money we pay! They take out of our pockets and give us nothing but empty promises in return! I have a family to feed I have been unemployed for the past 2 months and to date the uif offices has been promising to assist me! Is there anyone at the uif offices who still has remorse to assist people! I am not one to complain or make use of this platform as it's my first time but I am tired and have no other voice to use to seek help. Sies!
