Uif department of labour useless

App**** for UIF on the 11th of November. Claim was approved on the 5th of December and sent to the paymaster. Up un till now no payments has been recieved. Call centre is useless. No straight answers or when i will recieve funds.. Its now been two months without a income. Can not buy food,pay rent ior even petrol to look for a new job. Desperate and dissapointed at the same time.. What is the use of Paying uif every month for 17 years and you get this tipe of service.
