UIF (DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR) PATHETHIC SERVICE

I submitted my claim last week already on the 22/02/2022 and i still haven't received my claim. I submitted through the Kempton department of labour branch. I don't understand why i haven't received payment because when i did it the first time it took +-3 days for them to pay. I honestly don't know what is the hold up now and no one cares to assist me. they give me attitude when i call the UIF contact center and the Kempton Branch as well. This is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. The acting as I'm borrowing a loan from them or something and that's money i worked for. I have debts to pay including my rent and kids school fees and they just relaxing on their side and not helping me. These Government institutions are pathethic with no customer service at all. They actually have this i don't care attitude. I can tell you this salary they are getting is just for free to them. These people never work. I am so angry and disgusted.
