UIF & Department of Labour incompetence

I app**** for UIF on the 7th of October and i haven't received any payment to date. I have resubmitted documents that they have requested over and over again but still nothing has been done. A gentleman by the name of Thomas Rathanya last week and he once again asked for documents that i have already submitted. I resent them immediately but still no word. UIF contact centre staff are not of much assistance aswell. I sent emails to the ministry, compaints@labour and even the presidency which were useless. I sent emails to: ***, ***, ***, Khangala Mudumela and even the presidency @ *** but still no claim has been paid. I would gladly supply all the email trails to prove how inconsiderate and *********** this department is
