Uif Department of labour

I have been struggling since April to have my claim sorted. I was retrenched and provided all my documents via email but no one ever assisted me. My claim keeps getting canceled. When I call the call centre they either drop the call or tell me they are offline. I am so frustrated as I am receiving no help with this at all.
