UIF department is useless!

My claim has not been processed for 2 years.

Every time I requested feedback on the website, I would get no response on my query but would get a request to rate the resolution of my query.

Every time I would give it the worst rating and yet it happened time after time. Almost laughable.

Now, my claim has just disappeared and the call centre agent is so rude he put the phone down in my ear.
