Uif department failure to investigate my case properly

Ive had the worst experience because ive been through a constructive dismissal case.i recieved a monetary settlement agreement at ccma but my employer omega security has changed my termination code to resigned.But ccma has emailed me stating its not resignation but dismissal and labour department should contact them to confirm that it is infact dismissal.Labour department has rejected my claim based upon the company omega security termination reason.Its not fair that uif is not investigating the matter with ccma to determine reason of termination.
