Uif department does want to pay me my money

I lodged a claim 15 May 2023, it was declined because they needed some employment schedule from a company I apparently worked for was in 2021, I kept explaining I wasn't working In 2021whatever is on your system I have no idea who they are. They're contact centre is useless as well no one is willing to give you the correct information and help you get your money. I feel department of labour is a ***** and ****ming people out of they hard earned sweat money its not right because we have kids and jobs to look for with money. It's annoying
