UIF Dep of labour such a disappointment

Wow, it seems as if our labour department has more than enough funds going around. I registered my domestic on their website in May... unable to make a payment up to today. Have phoned 3 times, logged calls, emailed. Keep on being told that they will get back to me asap, but to no avail. These people are being paid for rendering NO SERVICE.... sad sad!!!!!
