Uif delays for 2 years

I've been logging my complaint with you guys since 2022 August when i got dismissed, but even today it's almost the end of the year and I haven't got my payment or any other communication from you guys, do you know how painful is that? I worked for 4 years contributing to uif and it has to take 2 years for my money ? I called you guys almost everyday but the guys at the call centre always say that they have no feedback yet. Where is the democracy here? Please guys now im going to enter 2024 without my money you guys deserve to be all dismissed i want my money guys
