Uif delayed payments

Pathetic service lack of knowledge by all that works in the work in centre. There is never a supervisor available to have cases escalated. 3 months and never receive payments from the uif Dept. There always an issue of technical error. This is the worse Dept that I have dealt with. Every query is a 10 to 20 working day turnaround time. If people take their fingers out of the pot of gold and not ***** then there will be sufficient money to pay the unemployed people. Only 4 yrs of your income is taken yet you work for 30 yrs for a company. The balance 26yrs is lost
