UIF delayed payment

I went to department of labour to submit my claim in February and was given a return date of 20.3.2019 to my surprise they were offline.The following week got an sms saying my claim was rejected, than I there to check and updated the incorrectly captured details.I than returned on the 04.4.2019,there was something left out and the gentleman promised he would have it updated because I don't need the required details as I have been with the current company for less than a year.I was told to expect payment within 2 weeks from that day.It's been 2 weeks and 2 days today still no payment.I will be returning to work next month what is the delay for the payout as all is correct. I call their office number but nobody bothers to answer I'm not sure if it is also correct now.Please help me out I'm tired of the wait or going there where the queues are always a nightmare.
