UIF Delay

Good afternoon

I trust all is well, I visited labour offices in April the 27th 2022 for UIF application at Ladysmith. Indoor service was 100% on point, and I was asked to return on the 6th of June 2022 to check how far is my claim. Which I did and I was advised that in the next 7 days from the 6th I will received my UIF.

Today is the 22nd of June 2022, I returned to the offices because I have not received a thing.

A consultant that assisted me was also 100% professional and of which he advised me that no payment has been done as yet so I must complete a new form. I did that and returned to the desk, but in my mind I don't think someone understands what financial implications this has to me and my family. While sitted at the desk I saw a Bathu Pele service chart point 2/3.

I totally dissagree with what is written on that chart, and I urge it be specific to what poor people are expected to receive from this office.

I salute the front desk, I don't know what's happening at the back office. I borrowed money for a trip I took today, imagine what my family is going through right now.

Will I get the same service similar to the one I received at a front desk this time?

Your urgent feedback will be highly appreciated. I feel that people's lives are at state if we continue posting people where they don't belong.

This is heartbreaking.

Warm regards John Mokoena ***
