UIF delay

I have submitted an application to Labour Department (Khayelitsha, Harare in Cape Town) almost 3-months ago. Filled in all the paperwork and submitted all the required documentation. I was given a follow up date and told to come sign in for the funds. Low and behold, I comp**** and did as was advised. I was then advised that the process takes 3-days after I sign in for the funds. Two-months later, nobody knows what is happening with my application as it has not yet been processed. I have gone to this office countless times to find out how I can get assistance and I am told to wait for a phone call which ends up not being fruitful as I do not get any calls from this office. My life is stuck because I was relying on these funds to pick myself up but in that Department nobody know what is going on. I have no idea how these people were trained if they can't follow up on a simple UIF application. Please help if you can in this regard.
