UIF Death Claim _ Department of Labour

It been 4 year since I've been asking for assistance from the Department of Labour for UIF Death Claim (Vereenigning and Johannesburg CBD). I have been sent back and forth been the 2 area without getting the right assistance with my death claim. I keep taking days off at work and also reporting late at work so I can get this issue sorted but til today I haven't received any feedback or assistance instead they keep telling me that paperwork is not done. I am really frustrated and don't know where to go to get further assistance.
