UIF death claim

I made a UIF death claim at the Labour centre in Newcastle, on the 13th of May 2021 and was told to come back on the 17th of June 2021. When I returned on the 17th of June 2021, there was no electricity, so the person who was assisting me said they would call me and let me know when I should come back. I received a call on the 24th of June and it was not positive news instead I was told I should refill the form as the person who assisted me used a stamp that was not clear. On that same day (24 June 2021), I went back to refill and sign the form and was told to wait for 14 days to receive the claim. Till to date I have not received any money or heard anything from them.
