You can't complain about the service, because there is NO service!! They don't give you feedback on your claim and if you eventually get through they will tell you o this is the problem!! Then the waiting time starts all over again!! Their system is most of the time off line! Pathetic Department as usual with all Government Departments!! But they need their increases boy o boy!! Above inflation don't make a mistake!!
