UIF Covid19 relief employer application

I am a small business owner & have app**** for Covid19 funding relief since 2 April 2020. Ive app**** by registering via Smmesa.gov.za. I then received an email to say that i must apply by sending certain docs to a specific labour dept email address. I was then told via email to resubmit the same application on 13 April 2020, which i did. Till this day i have still not received any feedback re the status of my application, not even to say we will get feedback by certain date. I called the Covid UIF number a few times, after waiting 40 mins everytime for someone to answer, i was told to be patient. I was then told on 30/4/2020 that im supposed to apply online & not via email ( this was news to me as all the emails i have says via email). I then app**** online. The first time i app**** online, the site said Employees loaded successfully, but as soon as i clicked on Status, it would say details not loaded. The next day i tried whole day with this website but system kept telling me to retry. At around 7pm that evening i thought i had success, as it again said Employees details loaded successfully. The next day i went again on the UIF website to check status, then again it said Not loaded successfully. I called UIF number again, waited 45min for someone to answer & when someone answered, it was a lady , i tried to ask this lady technical question as to why i was struggling to load info & she just said i must be patient, they cant help with questions like that & i must wait for email or sms re my application approval. I even asked her if she could check for me what exactly i still had to do to make sure im compliant for me to get approved, but she said she couldn't help. I cant believe all the news that says so many companies have been helped by govt & that govt is even saying companies are not helping their employees. They are just saving face with the public but not really helping many companies so we can help our staff at home. Its unacceptable that govt is not helping more urgently. I really need answers urgently.
