UIF Covid 19 Real?

I submitted a UIF application form for Covid 19 in terms of the directive by the Minister of Employment and Labour, published on 26 March 2020, Government Gazette Number 4316. I have added a delivery receipt and a read receipt. I have received neither and I have not received a reference number either. R1,6bn already paid out? No one I talk to has been successful. Please help. My UIF number is ***/9
