UIF CONTRIBUTION. ÑATIONAL ****

February i was at home for 5months but i eventually found a job.In that 5 months I was back and forth with this claim.The call centre agents dont know what thier doing wich makes things worse coz uif is a NATIONALISED **** , they never paid me once ....they never make contact to apologise for a delay nor to explain whats going on with your claim so you as a uif contributer & Tax payer will have to call and find that there is always something new they want from you and when you give it to them you will still not get any progress with it.......I called the early this year to ask if i can claim for last years 5 months as they took too long and the answer was yes butvwe are back to the same cycle but no payout no reply ....i guess ill have to call them litrally for the 27th time ....im sure there will be something new .I know

We have no choice in uif contributions which is ok but not when you contribute for 9 years just to get ****med....The call centre that was given the ufilling campaign is so disappointingly ***********.
