UIF CONTINUATION OF BENEFITS

The worst thing someone can ever do is make you beg for your own money, we wholeheartedly make sure that every month our UIF is being contributed for times where we will need it the most. Their systems are always offline, the U filing app as well as USSD doesn't work almost every day. I signed again 2 times for payment continuation but i haven't gotten paid yet we have things to do, family to support. They are no help at all. All they can ever do is escalate with no answer in the end I'm so tired now!!!!!
