UIF Compliance Letter - NO FEEDBACK

I am at absolute end with these people. I have emailed countless times for them to get into contact with me with regards to the UIF compliance letter and have received no feedback. I am getting Automatic responses and that is that. We have been trying to get our UIF Compliance letter renewed since July 2020!!!! Absolutely horrified by the LACK of feedback on the government side.
