UIF Complaints

To Whom It May Concern<br> <br> I went in on the 14th March 2016 to hand my UIF application form in it is now over a month and the Labour department has not sent me a sms nor contacted me to inform me about my application has been processed, I have on numerous occasions tried contacting them at the call centre kept me on the phone for over a hour and i also tried contacting the Athlone Branch which they put the phone down in your ear. <br> <br> This is very concerning that the staff at the branches are not very helpful when someone is trying to get information in connection with their UIF and the professionalism is not very much up to standard I can understand that there is a very high unemployment rate and they must attend to it as well but at least when I am trying to get information regarding my UIF there would be someone that can assist because i have debt to pay and all i am asking if they can explain to me when i can come and draw my UIF which i am so in titled to which i worked and paid for.<br> <br> Thanking you Kindly.
