UIF Complaint department of labour

Good day<br> <br> Can you kindly assist I ma logging a complaint about a UIF maternity claim I did since 09 February 2015 this year I have been sent from Pillar to post since my application when I went to the branch in Sandton and when I keep on making the follow up Percy T****shi advised me to send the documents to him and he did not assist with anything as well and I escalated the problem to the presidency Thobile Lamati allocated someone to assist me Eunice Mazibuko and LettieT but still send them my documents yet there was no assistance then my call was sent to Thabang Mahlangu who seems like he will assist me but up to date nothing is concrete I receive from the department they keep saying they have escalated the enquiry and I will receive an sms within a short period of time I have been told that since May 2015 and I am always the one who has to do a feedback on the enquiry they don't bother to give me feedback and I do not get any help from the department of labour their service is pathetic and poor service as I have lost my patience with them I kept on following up with the process all the time I am told the issue has been escalated that's it<br> <br> <br> -- <br> <br> Kindly Regards <br> Nontlahl
