Uif Complaint

My name is Keo****tse Vincent Ramano, I was retrenched earlier this year (February), on the 31st of May 2023 I went to Mogwase Department of labour and submitted documents to claim my UiF and was given the date to come do a check up (26th June 2023), on that date I was told that my document misses the office Stamp. I was given a date again on (24 July 2023) when I got there on the given date I was told the same that on my documents there is a stamp missing (Office Stamp)... Please help as Being unemployed and can't even claim uif is frustrating
