UIF complain

Good day

I trust all is well, Please kindly assist ont he following ID no: ***0 88.

0n the 6th of July I visited Labour department who advised me that my next return date is on the 22nd of July 2022. I did return to them to sign and submit and I was advised that my next signature date is on the 27th of August 2022.

Today I came to check what might be the delay as I have not received a thing from labour department. Instead I am advised that the payment that was submitted on the 27th of June was the only payment.

Let's get back to reality now, why was I advised to return on the 22nd?

As I can not see what was written in black and white on the screen, why was false information shared to me.

This also adds on top of the fact that on first claim I had to be taken from Pilar to post.

Kindly advise the way foward as I have been using my funds doing ups and downs.

Can this matter be overlooked at as I fail to believe everything I am told by labour due to their failer to give accurate service.
