uif complain

i have app**** for uif since February 2015 and was told to come and sign on the 17th March 2015 until today i havent received a single payment im always told its not approved yet and i must apply a fresh and they always asking for copies everytime which shows they are not taking my claim seriously i have re-app**** more than 5 times and my claim is still not approved
